New Customer Policy

First-time customers will be required to put a credit card on file to hold their first appointment.

Cancellations and No Shows- 24 hours notice requested

Your appointment is very important to us and the time allotted is reserved especially for you!  We understand that there are times schedule adjustments are necessary. All we ask is that you give us at least 24 hours notice! 

Cancellations and No Shows with less than 24 hours notice:

1. Clients that cancel with less than 24 hours notice or no show may be charged for 50% of the service booked.

2. Clients who no show, will be expected to pay for their next session in full at time of booking.

Late Arrivals

Punctuality is appreciated! We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, however please be aware that this could cut into your service time or you may be asked to reschedule.
